The AGS Quality Management System is designed to develop, document, implement, monitor and improve procedures for every step of the sales, manufacturing and support processes. AGS conducts quarterly internal audits of our Quality System that include an examination of all quality records as well as on-site process observation and employee interview. The results of these audits are used to ensure the effectiveness of our Quality Management System, to improve process performance and to identify training requirements for our employees. Management is dedicated to the AGS Quality Management System and communicates this commitment to all employees. We strive for a higher level of involvement that enables the AGS Quality Management System to compliment our business partners in this dynamic and competitive industry. |
